George E. Crimarco limits his practice to Immigration and Nationality law and has represented clients from more than ninety (90) countries before the USCIS and U.S. Department of State.
George E. Crimarco is a member of the Florida Bar, American Bar Association, Dade County Bar Association, and the District of Columbia and American Immigration Lawyers Associations. He is also admitted to the United States Tax Court and the U.S. 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in the practice of Immigration and Nationality Law and is very active in local civic affairs. He has spoken in many forums about Immigration and Nationality Law and has given lectures in this area in several counties.
Mr. Crimarco earned his B.A. in Accounting in 1976 from William Patterson College and his J.D. in 1988 from the University of Miami Law School
Carolina A. Collado, Esq. is an Associate Attorney at George E. Crimarco, P.A., practicing Ms. Collado is a member of the Florida Bar and the American Bar Association. She is also admitted In 2005, Ms. Collado earned a B.A. with honors in English and a B.S. with honors in Psychology from Legal Assistants Cristiane Lourenco is an immigration paralegal specializing in employment and family-based petitions since 1998. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Londrina, Parana, Brazil and is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Cristiane has firsthand experience in most immigration categories including H1B, H3, L1A, O1, R1, EB1, EB2, EB3, PERM, consular processing for immigrant visa petitions, family-based petitions and citizenship applications. Melody Perkins is an immigration litigation paralegal specializing in removal proceedings, bonds, waivers and political asylum since 2001. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Legal Assisting from Miami Dade Community College and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Spanish from High Point University in North Carolina. She is fluent in English and Spanish. She updates and maintains the weekly and yearly court hearings. She is proficient in preparing and drafting motions and appellate briefs with the Immigration Courts, Board of Immigration Appeals, and Circuit Court of Appeals. MARIANO FAGET Legal Analyst. Mariano has an Associate of Arts Degree from Miami Dade Community College and has over 35 years of experience with the Immigration & Naturalization Service, serving in various high level supervisory positions which include: Inspections Branch at Miami International Airport, Examinations Branch at Miami District Office and Deputy Assistant District Director for Examinations and Naturalization Branch. He has expertise in the Laws and Regulations of the United States Citizenship & Immigration Service. In over more than three decades of service, Mr. Faget has received numerous awards of distinction from the Department of Justice. As the Legal Analyst of the firm, he reviews and consults with Atty. Crimarco on all legal matters and also, specializes in Consulate issues involving all type of immigration processes. Claudia Fong has been working as a Legal Assistant since April 2002. Ms Fong fluent in English-Spanish she assists with the preparations of family-based petitions, work permits and divorce cases. She also has a background in customer service and is passionate about her work. Claudia enjoys helping clients achieving their goals through the immigration process. Roberto Martinez, Paralegal & Case Manager holds a Law degree from the University of Zulia in Maracaibo, Venezuela. Roberto was born in Venezuela and has been working in the immigration area since 2002. He is an immigration paralegal specializing in Asylum, Cancellation of Removal, nonimmigrant visas, and family applications, work permits. Roberto is passionate about his work and is dedicated to helping others achieve their goals through the immigration process. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
